School Finances – “At no additional cost to the taxpayer”

I put this video together to explain why the capital improvement projects in Plainedge actually cost the taxpayer a lot of money and that the mantra espoused by the BOE and Central Administration that they are done “at no additional cost to the taxpayer” doesn’t hold water.

I also dive into why using loose budgeting practices can be detrimental to the proper functioning of key expenditure line-items related to Teaching – regular school, Programs for students with disabilities, and Employee benefits OR is an unnecessary overtaxation of every household in Plainedge.

Kids First. Always.
